Dr. Patrick Owoche is a distinguished academic and IT professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in both education and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree, specializing in Mathematics and Physics, from Egerton University, a Master of Science in Information Technology from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and a PhD in Information Technology from Kibabii University. 

Currently, he serves as the Coordinator of Linkages and International Affairs In the Directorate of Partnerships and Linkages under the division of Planning, Partnerships, Research and Innovations. His teaching experience spans both the Kenyan Education System and Estill High School in South Carolina, USA, demonstrating his versatility as an educator. 

Dr. Patrick Owoche’s multifaceted background in education and technology, coupled with his dedication to research and teaching, positions him as a respected figure in the field of Information Technology and a mentor to future generations of scholars and IT professionals.
