Vincent holds a Master of Arts in Development Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Daystar University. He is also a certified International Trade Facilitation Expert & Project Management. An international trade expert, Vincent boasts of over 15 years’ experience in supporting regional trade initiatives in East Africa and has served as a volunteer regional single window developer consultant for UN/CEFACT as well as worked on the AfCTA initiative on introduction of unified customs regimes and the ability of Africa to trade with itself.

He is experienced in organizational strategic planning, internal & external stakeholder change management agent on trade facilitation, business process re-engineering, simplification of export and import procedures, implementation of the National Electronic Single Window System, Maritime Single Window System, Information for Trade, operationalization of the One Stop Border Post (OSBP) simplified customs regions.
